TERMS AND CONDITION

let’s start our friendship with honesty, shall we? Here’s us telling you all you need to know about renting from us 

The parties to this agreement are the lessor and the lessee where Gharparhospital is the lessor & the customer is the lessee. The terms of the rental agreement are as follows:

  • 1. Tenure of Contract

The contract has a lock-in period that is equivalent to the tenure of the contract that is agreed by the Lessee in the contract at the time of ordering. The customer can modify the contract tenure as per the following flexi-tenure policy:

In case of early termination, the lessee can request for closing the order by informing Gharparhospital 2 weeks prior to the selected closure date. The amount due will be calculated as:

Full payment of running month + transportation charges

Similarly, the contract can be extended for the desired period by notifying us 2 weeks prior to the end of the contract.

If the monthly rent is not paid within 2 weeks of the due date, the lessor has the right to pick up the rented items back from the Lessee’s premises.

The parties to this agreement are the lessor and the lessee where RentoMojo is the lessor & the customer is the lessee. The terms of the rental agreement are as follows:

  • 2. Payment policy

    • For orders rental of desired time with the refundable deposit has to be paid in full online while placing the order. Please note that there are no shipping & handling charges.

    • Extra charges (if any) have to be paid at the time of delivery. This will be discussed before the delivery.

    • Billing cycle start from the date of delivery.

    • Customers are requested to inform GharParHospital 2 weeks prior to their contract closing date for contract termination and reverse pick up of products. Upon any delay in the same, the customer would be liable to pay the due amount for product usage.

    • Refundable deposit does not include any monthly rent. It is simply a security deposit which takes care of the damages (if any) and any default in payments.

  • 3. Delivery policy

    • The lessee or his/her representative has to be present at the agreed date and time. Otherwise extra shipping costs will be charged by the lessor.

    • Delivered items cannot be returned unless they have major defects & are non-functional. Once accepted by the lessee or his/her representative at the time of delivery, items will not be replaced before completion of the tenure.

    • Though we conduct detailed quality checks before delivery, the lessee is expected to check if there are any damages at the time of delivery and report the same to representative of lessor and photos shall be captured of the same.

    • One signed copy of the contract is to be kept by each party.

    • Photos of the lessee will be taken with the items delivered for our records.

    • Please note that the lessee should ensure the entry of delivery vehicle inside the premises. Additionally, lessee has to arrange for the permission to use the elevator.

    • In case an elevator isn’t available at the delivery location, there will be a labor charge involved for picking up and conveying the items via stairs. The charges will be discussed with the lessee while scheduling the delivery. In case the lessee does not wish to pay the labor charge to us, paid labor can be arranged by the lessee. However, we will ensure that our delivery executive is around through the entire process for smooth delivery and installation.

The parties to this agreement are the lessor and the lessee where RentoMojo is the lessor & the customer is the lessee. The terms of the rental agreement are as follows:

  • 4. Pick-up policy

    • The lessee needs to inform the lessor 2 weeks prior to the end of the contract if he wishes to extend or end the contract. The lessor will send across a notification regarding the same as well.

    • Pick-up date and time will be mutually decided by lessee and lessor.

    • The lessee needs to be present at the agreed date and time. If a ‘mutually scheduled’ delivery needs to be rescheduled due to non availability of the lessee, additional logistics costs incurred will be charged to the lessee.

    • Photos taken at the time of delivery will be matched to ascertain damages if any. If any damages are identified, we advise the lessee to take photographs for reference.

  • 5. Damage policy

    • The lessee agrees to pay for any damage to, loss of, or any theft (disappearance) of items, regardless of cause or fault.Item damaged beyond repair will be paid for at its Market Price.

    • The representative shall check all furniture items and appliances in order to ascertain any damage to the items.

Damage shall be defined as follows:

  • Minor scratches (below 1mm in width and depth, and 2cm in length) on wooden furniture will be ignored as they are considered ‘normal wear and tear’.

  • Minor chips and breakage in timber (below 5mm in width, 1mm in depth and 1cm in length) will be ignored, while those above the said dimensions will be charged for.

  • Any damage which is a result of raw material or manufacturing defects will not be chargeable to the lessee.

  • Any damage that results in the product being unusable will result in the value of the product being charged to the lessee.

  • Tear in upholstery will result in charge towards replacement of upholstery. Opening up of a stitched joint will not be chargeable.

  • Stains on upholstery which are not removable via dry cleaning will result in a charge for upholstery replacement.

  • The extent of damage will be ascertained by comparing against the quality control document signed by the lessee and the photographs taken on delivery and return pickup day.

  • Any variation showing damages, if ascertained as not caused by normal wear and tear, will be charged and would have to be borne by the lessee.

  • A QC report stating the damages if any or a clean chit will be created on the spot (during return pick up) and a copy of the same will be handed over to the lessee within 48 hours of pick-up of the products.

The parties to this agreement are the lessor and the lessee where RentoMojo is the lessor & the customer is the lessee. The terms of the rental agreement are as follows:

  • 6. Refund policy

    • If a clean chit is provided basis the QC report and the lessee has cleared all dues, the entire refundable deposit will be credited to the account of the lessee without any interest within 7 working days. Please make sure that the account details for the transfer are shared with the lessor.

    • In case of damage, the products will undergo further inspection at the lessor’s premises to ascertain the extent of damage and related costs. This damage cost will be mitigated from the refundable deposit paid by the lessee.

    • Refund amount will be transferred to account from where initial deposit was received. In case the lessee needs the money to be transferred to different account, an application email listing alternate account details will need to be emailed by the lessee from the registered email id through which the order was placed. This confirmation will be also taken in writing at the time of reverse pick up after which the lessor will not be held liable for any further claims.

  • 7. Shipping policy

Ain’t no mountain high enough, to keep us from getting to you! But, if you still got doubts, read on to know more.

1. When and where do you usually deliver?

We work on all days of the week. We do free delivery, installation and pick-up. In case you do not have lift or permission to use the lift at your premises, additional labor charges will be charged to carry the products through stairs. We are currently active in  JAIPUR (RAJASTHAN).

2. Do you help us with relocation?

We help you with relocation within the city for our rented items only with a NOMINAL COST.. The relocation service may be availed only once throughout the tenure of the contract. We suggest customers to not relocate the product themselves. If any damages occur while a customer attempts to relocate the products themselves, damage cost would be recovered from the customer.

3. What if I am not at home at the time of delivery?

After you place the order, our representative will give you a call to book a delivery slot. In case you are not at home, you have to appoint a representative (flatmate/friend/relative) to collect the order and sign the contract on your behalf. Lessee or his/her representative has to be present at the agreed date and time. Otherwise extra shipping costs, INR 900 will be charged. Also, Lessee representative should carry an original/soft copy of Lessee ID proof at the time of accepting the delivery

4. What if my building does not have a lift?

In case you do not have a lift or permission to use the lift at your premises, extra labor charges will be applicable to carry the products via stairs; amount will depend on the order size and floor level.

5. What if my society does not allow vehicles inside?

Please note that you should ensure the entry of delivery vehicle inside the premises. Most of the times, it is not allowed to park the delivery vehicles on road. Please also ensure that you have completed the required documents and payment work mandatory with the landlord, we have observed that sometimes customers do not have permission to shift into the new house.

6. When the contract ends, what happens to the pickup?

We will call you one week prior to the scheduled end date of the contract to fix the pick-up date and time. If you choose to keep your furniture for longer than the agreed tenure or return it before the agreed date due to some reasons, you can mail us one week in advance

7. Who deals with labor (hamaali) union and transport union issues?

Gharparhospital deals with transport union at loading and unloading area. However, if there is labor (hamaali) union issues at your location and they do not allow us to unload at your place, you have to deal with them. In worst cases, we will take the items back without delivering and we will bear the logistics cost. Chances of labor union issues are very less.

 
  • 8. Modification & Cancellation

 

1. How and till when can I modify my order?

You can modify your order items up until one day before the agreed delivery date. You can email us the modification details or call us. Delivery time and date may change due to modification. If you modify the order items up until one day before delivery, rent and deposit will be charged as per new items in the order according to rates mentioned in the website at the time of ordering. This is a non-transferable contract. As a customer and party to the contract, you cannot shift items from address mentioned in this delivery address to anywhere else. In case of change of address you are advised to inform Gharparhospital  2 weeks prior to shifting and only after submission of the new address and the revised address proof, shifting will be conducted.

2. What is the procedure for canceling an existing order?

Once delivered, an existing order cannot be canceled. You can cancel your order up until one day before the agreed date of delivery without any extra cost. You can place a cancellation request by emailing or calling us.

3. Can I return a few items or the entire order if I do not like the items at the time of delivery?

Only items with major defects or non-functionality will be taken back. No item will be taken back on the basis of dimensions as all the dimensions are mentioned on the website and you are advised to check the specified dimensions appropriately before placing the order. However, some genuine issues can be discussed over a call and we may take items back however if pointed out at the time of delivery. Once the gharparhospital team personnel leave your premises with you confirming satisfaction basis your order and what was delivered, a return may not be availed by you.

4. Can I modify my tenure after placing my order?

If your order has not been delivered, you can simply get in touch with our customer care team to modify the tenure. In such a scenario, your monthly rental amount will be calculated basis the revised tenure. However, once your order has been delivered, you can modify the contract tenure as per the following flexi-tenure policy(only special condition verified by doctors). In case of early termination, you can request for closing the order by informing us 2 weeks prior to the selected closure date. The difference in monthly rental rates between 'Contract tenure' (the tenure selected at order placement) and 'Actual tenure' (effective tenure at early closure) will have to be paid. 
The amount due will be calculated as: (Actual tenure rent - Contract tenure rent) * No. of months of Actual tenure. The applicable tenure rates for early closure are:

Full month payment(till running month) + transportation charges

 

Similarly, the contract for your order/one or more items from the order can be extended for the desired period by notifying us 2 weeks prior to the end of the contract.

 
  • 9. Lab Test & Vaccine Policy

The terms of the vaccine and blood test agreement are as follows:

All order prepaid type (no cash on delivery option)

Customer can cancel an order within 24 hours before scheduled time by call, customer care or mail to contact@gharparhospital.com

The vaccine should maintain cold chain of order after confirming from vaccination chart. we also check your upload chart and guide you accordingly.

Vaccination does not do during fever if our staff found fever at the time of vaccination then your order should go on hold add we resend staff when you call on customer care. if you want to cancel the order then we refund your amount.

If any reaction occurs due to vaccination then our staff shift the child to the nearby hospital (any drug/vaccine can be allergic to anyone this is because of a weak immune system or no acceptance by our body). So we cannot take 100 %  guaranty that allergic reaction will not occur but provide assure you best care to your kid in the time of emergency.

We advise doing ice compression on vaccine site/ blood sample collection site.

Our staff is fully trained and qualified to do sample collection and vaccination but some time more than one prick for blood collection could be done (in obese patient/children). Our intention is to provide you best service with less discomfort but all procedure cannot be done with 100% accuracy.

All blood report will deliver you to your email address 2 days after sample collection. Every abnormal test is repeated then verified by a doctor then report release. so we need at least 2 days.

All health package report will be delivered to you i.e. online doctor opinion to your email address 2 days after sample collection

  • 10. Maintenance policy

    • Maintenance of electronic appliances will be taken care of by the lessor for the entire tenure of the contract. This does not cover damages or breakdowns due to mishandling.

    • Such issues will be addressed & resolved within 1 week after notifying our Customer Support team. In case the issue is not resolved within 1 week, the lessee will not be liable to pay rent for the downtime period.

  • 11. Disclaimer

    • EHSAS INFOTECH LLP. reserves the right to cancel the orders completely or partially without prior information & in such scenarios the complete deposit amount paid will be refunded within 7 working days.

    • Any current/future orders placed by the lessor have no connection with any of his/her previous orders
